the one of bringing together five people who, after sharing a common adventure, wanted to write a new story together.

Robert FRITSCH
CEO
Drone pilot since 2009, Robert started in the military where even the satellites waited for his permission to move.
In 2016, he founded his company to push the boundaries of civil aviation, with a simple goal: to do better than what is believed to be possible.
Some make drones fly. His hover out of respect.
Impossible shots, ultra-precise technical surveys, fast and reliable monitoring—everything that requires high standards and responsiveness, he takes it in stride.
Even Chuck Norris would call him.
Laurent LATOUR
Second CEO
With 28 years of experience as a professional firefighter, Laurent has truly developed valuable expertise in managing complicated situations.
Today, he puts all his passion and expertise at the service of Synerops, focusing on the connection and support for franchisees.
Passionate about stories from the past, he longs to take flight with our drones to explore an enigmatic city lost in the twists and turns of time.
Sébastien TAHOT
Technical Manager
Sébastien has a true passion for customer relationship management tools. With solid experience in business analyse, he enjoys solving problems and providing effective solutions.
Within Synerops, he is responsible for managing the CRM/ERP, maintaining the website, collaborative tools, and data analysis.
Since 2022, he has been learning the banjo and no one dares to suggest that he stop.
Eric BARBOTIN
Planning Manager
Eric spent 30 years in the gendarmerie, where he gained solid experience in public safety and training. It is his passion for model boating and fixed-wing and rotary-wing aeromodelling that naturally led him to drone piloting in 2021..
Eric is in charge, at Synerops, of overseeing the scheduling of missions in close collaboration with the agencies.
Taking long walks with his Bernese Mountain Dog, indulging in aquaristics, and playing the piano are his favorite pastimes.
Sébastien BARBOTIN
Commercial Manager
At 45 years old, with 23 years of experience in law enforcement, including 10 years with the GIGN unit, our expert has successfully transformed his passion for drones into true expertise since 2018.
Thanks to proven expertise in various missions, he is now applying his know-how to the strategic development of Synerops.
On the weekend, he is a rugby coach for 40 toddlers between 3 and 6 years old.
